I have experimented with plenty of photo and video apps in the app store…

Let me say that all of them have at least one different thing that makes it more suitable for certain people, It’s all about preferences that separate these apps in categories.

1. Over $1.99

Over is more of a photo editing app. You take a picture or choose one from your library and add text with your chosen font and size. There are tons of artwork that you could add to your photos to make them look neat.  This photo I made with the app basically shows what you could do with the app.

2. Hipstamatic $1.99

Hipstamatic uses filters with a selection of film, lens and flash that you could tweak and have a different outcomes with different combinations. There are a few free packs in the store or maybe limited addiction ones that release on holidays. They give you a large variety to choose from once you purchase the app, so the money is worth app.  You can only take the photos and see the outcome after taking them. You can’t really adjust it the way you want. It’s great at times to have a cool unexpected photo, but at times its too dark and it won’t show the key points of the photo. But other than that it’s and amazing app that I use for most of my photos.

3. Grid lens $0.99

Grid lens features several ready made layouts that you could choose from and also includes a feature to create your own. You could choose a photo from your library into a slot or take a picture in grid view by a simple tap on the slot. There are plenty of filters you could choose from after you take and finish the photo. To top that off the app itself is beautiful and polished with fun little animation when the photo finalizes or when you save it to your photo library or delete your photo.

All these apps are amazing and useful when taking a picture.

The Fault In Our Stars

This book… broke my soul and made me cry a river… I honestly have never been more attached to characters as I have with this book. It made me thing about how life is a simple precious thing and that it shouldn’t be taken lightly to be healthy and living. It brought me to see through the eyes and think the thoughts of those who suffered from a disease and those who suffered a tremendous loss…
John Green is an amazing writer and has a was of telling stories that I couldn’t find in any other book that I have read. Therefore I have become a huge fan and will begin to read his other pieces of artwork that I am looking forward to be reading. I have no doubt that his other books will live up to this story. It really left a scar in my heart. It’s so good that it’s bad. The Fault In Our Stars is an absolute must read.
